Definition

A scheduled appointment to view a property, typically arranged through the listing agent or buyer's agent. Different from an open house, which allows walk-in viewing without an appointment.

Example

Your buyer's agent schedules a showing for Tuesday at 2 PM to tour a Winchester home. You have 30-45 minutes to inspect the property privately before deciding whether to make an offer.
