Final Walkthrough

Definition

A final inspection of the property conducted shortly before closing (typically 24-48 hours prior) to verify the property is in agreed-upon condition and any repairs have been completed.

Example

During final walkthrough, you verify the seller completed agreed repairs, removed all personal belongings, and the home is in the same condition as when you made your offer.
